By enquiring with or chartering through FIA Yachts, guests agree to the following general terms:
- All charters are subject to availability, weather conditions, maritime regulations and operational considerations.
- Final itineraries, inclusions and timings are confirmed prior to the charter date.
- Guests are expected to follow onboard safety guidelines and crew instructions at all times.
- FIA Yachts reserves the right to modify or cancel a charter if conditions compromise safety or experience quality.
- Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable maritime and local regulations.
